Lawyer Assistance Programs; provides civil immunity for persons making good-faith reports of information to lawyer assistance program; provides for presumption of good faith; provides for immunity for certain persons; provides that certain information is subject to privilege; provides for confidentiality of certain records, proceedings, & communications.
