Law Enforcement/Discrimination; provides that instruction in interpersonal skills re diverse populations shall consist of module developed by Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission on topic of discriminatory profiling; requires sheriffs & municipal law enforcement agencies to incorporate antiracial or other antidiscriminatory profiling policies into their policies & practices, etc. Amends 943.1758, 30.15, 166.0493.
