GENERAL BILL by Bronson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary
Solid Waste Mgmt. & Recycling Grants; requires DEP to conduct comprehensive review of certain waste reduction & recycling goals; provides that DEP may provide certain counties with said grants; deletes provision that these grants be limited to certain funding received in fiscal year 1997-1998; requires dept. to provide specified amount for said grants available to all counties on competitive basis for innovative programs, etc. Amends 403.706,.7095.
