Hillsborough Co./Tourist Development; provides that, notwithstanding any provision of general law, Hillsborough County Tourist Development Council shall consist of 11 members; provides that chair of county governing board, or designee, serves on council; provides that elected municipal official shall be appointed to council from each municipality within county; provides that seven members shall be persons involved in tourist industry, etc.
