State Veterans' Homes; revises provisions re appointment & duties of veterans' homes' administrators; defines duties of administrators; deletes residency requirement; revises employment status of employees; deletes requirement that certain interest be deposited into Grants & Donations Trust Fund; deletes requirement that interest accrued in fund be deposited into Grants & Donations Trust Fund, etc. Amends Ch. 296.
