GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Family Violence/Cross-Reporting; requires animal control officers or other agents appointed under specified provision to report known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; provides penalty; requires persons who are required to report or investigate child abuse, abandonment, or neglect under specified provision to report known or suspected animal abuse, neglect, cruelty, or abandonment, etc. Amends 39.201, 828.073; reenacts 39.205; creates 39.208.
