Capitol Police/FDLE; creates said division within FDLE; provides for investigations & arrests; provides for ex officio agents from dept., HSMV, & counties & municipalities under certain circumstances; provides for contracts for certain security services with county, municipal, or licensed private security agencies; prohibits use of uniform or emblem by unauthorized person; transfers Capitol Police Division within DMS to FDLE, etc. Amends FS.
