GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Diaz de la Portilla
Economic Stimulus; establishes for temporary period, eligibility conditions for new type of qualifying project under capital investment tax credit program; expands tax refund program for qualified defense contractors to include qualified aviation-industry businesses; amends provision re tax refund program for qualified target industry businesses; postpones increase in exemptions under tax on intangible property, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
