Florida Building Code; delays date for inclusion of Uniform Code for Public Education Facilities in Florida Building Code; provides effective date for said code; delays deadline by which insurance companies are required to make certain rate filings; provides for adoption of administrative rule; specifies effective date of residential swimming pool safety requirements of said code, etc. Amends 553.415, 627.0629.
