GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Trovillion
Health Care Administration Agency; repeals provision which provides eligibility of specified persons for certain optional medical assistance; revises eligibility for certain Medicaid services; authorizes withholding of Medicaid payments in certain circumstances; provides for expanded home delivery of pharmacy products; declares liability for Medicaid overpayment when nursing facility is sold; amends provision re Fla. Healthy Kids Corporation Act, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 01/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
