Appropriations; provides appropriations & reductions in appropriations for 2001-2002 fiscal year, to pay salaries, & other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, & other improvements, & for other specified purposes of various agencies of State government; provides retroactive applicability for recision of certain salary increases. Appropriation: $59,160,119.
