HB 37-C: Communications Interception

GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Trovillion

Communications Interception; adds aircraft piracy to list of crimes for which interception of communications may be authorized; adds solicitation to commit certain offenses to list of crimes for which interception of communications may be authorized; allows judge, in investigations of acts of terrorism, to authorize continued interception anywhere within state of wire, oral, or electronic communications under specified conditions, etc. Amends Ch. 934.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
