GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Trovillion ; Harrell
Poisoning; prohibits introduction of bacteria, viruses, or chemical compounds into food, drinks, medicines, or water systems under certain circumstances; prohibits introduction of poisons, bacteria, viruses, or chemical compounds into certain consumer products under certain circumstances; provides penalties; amends provision to conform to changes made by act. Amends 859.01, 921.0022.
