LOCAL BILL by Ritter ; Weissman

Broward Co./Water Management; requires that licenses & permits for surface water management activities issued by any special district or municipality in Broward Co. be renewed or recertified every 5 years to ensure design level water quality treatment & flood protection; provides that existing licenses & permits that exceed 5-year period be brought into compliance within 6-year period; exempts SFWMD from provisions of act; defines "special district" for purposes of act.
