Crimes Against Minors; revises elements of crimes of kidnapping minor child & false imprisonment of minor child; revises elements of crime of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; increases penalty imposed for offense of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; conforms provisions to changes made by act; reenacts various provisions, etc. Amends FS.
