Everglades Agric. Area District; (Palm Beach, Hendry, & Glades Counties) provides for codification of special laws re Everglades Agricultural Area Environmental Protection District, special tax districts in said counties; provides legislative intent; provides district status & boundaries; provides for ratification of prior acts; provides for liberal construction; provides saving clause in event any provision of act is deemed invalid, etc.
