Sports Arena & Civic Centers/Alcohol; amends provision re special license for consumption of alcoholic beverages on certain premises; provides for transfer from civic center authority, sports arena authority, or political subdivision to contracted concessionaires & subconcessionaires; provides for reversion of license upon termination of contract. Amends 561.20.
