Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties to apply for amendment of enterprise zone boundary lines; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zone in Brevard Co.; authorizes City of Pensacola to apply to office to designate enterprise zone in said city; authorizes Leon Co., or Leon Co. & City of Tallahassee jointly, to apply to office to designate enterprise zone in Leon Co., etc.
