GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sanderson

Public Employee Optional Retirement; amends certain provision re Public Employee Optional Retirement Program; amends definition of "eligible employee"; provides for extension of time to transfer assets from defined benefit plan in event of market disruption; provides for acceptance of rollovers; requires that election be filed with third-party administrator; provides for spousal notification of designation of beneficiary, etc. Amends 121.4501,.571.
