Students/Disability/Graduation Tests; provides definition; provides eligibility for accommodations in taking Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test or High School Competency Test required for high school graduation; directs Governor to appoint validity panel to make recommendations on impacts of specific accommodations; provides requirements for eligibility for standard high school diploma; provides for adoption of rules; provides for funding for accommodations. Creates 232.2464.
