SB 1154: Investigative Incident Reports

GENERAL BILL by Klein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Meek

Investigative Incident Reports; defines term "investigative incident report"; authorizes court to order that such report be sealed by criminal justice agency that makes report; requires certification of eligibility issued by FDLE; requires that petition to seal report be served on agency that prepared report; requires that order to seal report be forwarded to any agency that received investigative incident report to which order pertains, etc. Amends 943.045; creates 943.0595.
