GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Constantine

Water-Supply Policy; specifies additional requirements for local comp plans re potable water facilities; requires local govts. to consider water management district's regional water supply plans in potable-water element; requires evaluation of availability of potable water & whether future water-supply-development needs are addressed in capital-improvements element; requires reuse of reclaimed water when feasible, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 367, 373, 403.
