Public Records; provides exemption from public-records requirements for bank account numbers & debit, charge, & credit card numbers held by state agency; provides finding of public necessity; repeals provision re exemption from public-records requirements for bank account numbers or debit, charge, or credit card numbers given to agency for purposes of payment of fee or debt. Amends 119.07; repeals 119.07(3)(z).
