Public School Volunteer Health Care; creates public school volunteer health care practitioner program; provides purpose & definition; provides for waiver of biennial active license renewal fees & fulfillment of continuing education hours for specified health care practitioners who provide their services, without compensation, in public schools; provides program & eligibility requirements; provides immunity from liability & workers' compensation protection, etc. Creates 381.00593.
