Nursing Shortage Solution Act; amends provision re Nursing Student Loan Forgiveness Program to revise provisions re loan repayment; creates Sunshine Workforce Solutions Grant Program; revises provisions re eligibility for licensure by endorsement to practice professional or practical nursing; provides exemption from licensure for nurse licensed in territory of U.S.; creates public school volunteer health care practitioner program, etc. Amends Chs. 464, 240, 381.
