GENERAL BILL by Bendross-Mindingall ; Wilson
Civil Rights Restoration/Offenders; requires that DOC notify offender, before discharge from supervision, of procedures by which offender may apply for restoration of civil rights; requires that DOC assist offender in completing forms required for said restoration; requires that offender acknowledge by signature receipt of such assistance; requires DOC to include in its release-orientation program instruction in procedures for applying for said restoration. Amends FS.
