GENERAL BILL by Waters ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza
Juvenile Detention; authorizes court to continue to hold juvenile in detention if court finds that juvenile is a clear & present danger to himself or herself or to community; requires that court specify by written order the need for & benefits derived from continued detention; provides for future repeal, etc. Amends 985.215.
