Fla. Election Code/Reporting; modifies definitions of "political committee," "independent expenditure," "issue," & "communications media"; revises additional definitions, to conform terminology; revises requirements re reporting of independent expenditures; provides penalties; revises penalties applicable to omission of disclaimers required in political advertisements paid for by independent expenditure; revises terminology, to conform. Amends Ch. 106, 101.031,.663, 104.185.
