Florida State Boxing Commission; requires one member of Fla. State Boxing Commission to be licensed physician; provides for provisional certification of competitiveness of mixed martial arts & kickboxing matches; requires minimum permit fee for mixed martial arts events; clarifies provisions re weights & classes of participants; prescribes glove weights for mixed martial arts participants; revises provisions re physician's attendance at boxing matches, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
