Fla. Motorist Profiling/Task Force; creates Fla. Motorist Profiling Evaluation Task Force; provides duties, restrictions on use of data collected under act, membership, terms & organization; requires state & local law enforcement agencies to develop policies & procedures that prohibit biased profiling or discriminatory practices as primary factor in determining whether driver of motor vehicle should be stopped for routine traffic violation, etc. Creates 943.1759. APPROPRIATION: $350,000.
