Child Custody Jurisdiction/Enforce.; provides for posting of bond re certain orders of child custody or visitation; creates "Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction & Enforcement Act"; provides purposes; specifies proceedings not governed by act; provides application to Indian tribes; provides for notice to persons outside state; provides for cooperation between courts & preservation of records, etc. Amends Ch. 61, 39.502, 741.30; creates 61.501-.542; reenacts 44.102.
