Video Lotteries; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1298,1326) defines terms "video lottery game," "video lottery terminal vendor," "net terminal income," & "video lottery retailer"; provides duties of Lottery Dept. re establishment & operation of video lottery games; prohibits participation of minors in video lottery games; provides requirements for video lottery games & retailers, etc. Amends Chs. 24, 212, 550, 565.
