GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Dockery ; Clarke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ross
Community Redevelopment; extends date for pilot project; provides additional criteria for finding of necessity for community redevelopment; allows certain charter counties to create multiple community redevelopment agencies within unincorporated county areas; redefines term "local financial support exemption option" re tax refund program; revises criteria for participation in bonus refund program, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 288.106,.107.
