GENERAL BILL by Education ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Lawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown-Waite
Education & Training/State Employees; authorizes certain state employees to enroll in courses without paying matriculation fees on space-available basis; provides for appropriation of funds to reimburse education institutions for administrative costs; defines term "state employee"; provides duties of DOE, Auditor General & State Comptroller; provides that dept. shall request community colleges to provide evening & weekend programs, etc. Amends 110.1099.
