Insurance; provides for waiver of required flood insurance under certain circumstances; renames Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association as Citizens Property Insurance Corporation to provide residential & commercial property insurance; provides for emergency assessments for policyholders of participating insurers; authorizes corp. to enter into quota share primary insurance agreements, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 215.555.
