GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Mealor ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Attkisson
Timeshares; increases number of allowable promotional prizes that may be made available annually re offering or sale of timeshare interests; authorizes managing entity of timeshare to allocate net rental proceeds in any reasonable manner re specific timeshare under certain circumstances; authorizes managing entity to rent certain units to developer at bulk rate; revises language re assessments for common expense. Amends 721.111,.13,.15.
