CS/SB 1406: Public Records/Telecommunications
GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Pruitt
Public Records/Telecommunications; provides exemption from public-records requirements for information received by taxing authority or its agency in connection with certain audits of records of provider of telecommunication services; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides that act is remedial & applies regardless of when audit was begun; provides finding of public necessity.
