CS/SB 1474: Attorney's Fees
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Sanderson
Attorney's Fees; provides specific limitations on payment, negotiation, or collection of attorney's fees by private counsel for work performed on behalf of state or any agency thereof; prohibits contract or settlement agreement that authorizes or permits payment, negotiation, or collection by private counsel in excess of specified amount for work performed in single case on behalf of state or agency thereof, etc. Amends 287.059.
