GENERAL BILL by Burt
Tobacco; defines "participating manufacturer," "outdoor advertising," & "transit advertisements"; specifies procedures by which tobacco manufacturer may become "participating manufacturer" or "subscribing participating manufacturer"; provides for funds received from such manufacturers to be deposited into Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund; provides for imposition of public health tobacco equity surcharge, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
