GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Judiciary ; Campbell

Adoption; amends conditions pertaining to fraud or duress; revises period within which motion for termination of parental rights pending adoption must be filed; revises requirements re interviews preceding consent to adoption; provides that plea for termination of parental rights & for adoption may be combined in single petition & considered by court during single hearing if adoption is by stepparent or relative within third degree, etc. Amends Ch. 63.
