GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Expressway Authorities; authorizes certain agencies to remove from roadway, vehicles damaged in crashes; increases penalties for certain speed violations; gives county governing body authority to set certain qualifications & obligations for members of expressway authorities within their jurisdictions; provides additional powers re rights of entry to expressway authorities, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 318, 348, 373.
