Public Records Exemption Requirement; provides exemption from public records requirements for records, documents, or information re food-borne illness investigations & hazard-analysis & critical-control-point programs, & for trade secrets & commercial or financial information submitted to U. S. Food & Drug Administration, interagency or intraagency memoranda or letters of said administration, etc. Amends 500.148.
