SB 1568: Capital Collateral Proceedings

GENERAL BILL by Burt

Capital Collateral Proceedings; authorizes removal of attorney from registry under certain circumstances; provides additional requirement for attorneys who may be listed on statewide registry of attorneys in private practice who are available for appointment to represent persons convicted & sentenced to death in this state in postconviction capital collateral proceedings, etc. Amends 27.7001,.710,.711; creates 27.7002.
