GENERAL BILL by Clary

Public Records/Physicians/Reports; provides exemptions from public-records requirements for information contained in reports made by physicians & osteopathic physicians of adverse incidents occurring in office practice settings; provides for future review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Creates 458.353, 459.028.
