Agric. Educ. & Promotion Facilities; provides that Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. shall be state agency for screening applicants for state funding & certification as agriculture education & promotion facility; provides for rules & definitions; provides criteria for applicants; provides for evaluation by department; provides criteria; prohibits expenditure of funds to develop or subsidize privately owned facilities; provides exception. Creates 288.1175.
