Florida Home Loan Protection Act; provides legislative findings; specifies certain prohibited acts & practices re creditors making home loans under certain circumstances; provides limitations & prohibits certain activities or conditions re creditors making high-cost home loans; prohibits foreclosure proceedings under certain circumstances; specifies certain loan agreements as void & unenforceable under certain circumstances, etc.
