Labor & Employment Security Dept.; transfers & reassigns divisions, functions, & responsibilities of LES Dept.; provides for type two transfer of Workers' Compensation Div. to DOI; provides for type two transfer of workers' compensation rehabilitation & reemployment services to DOE; provides for type two transfer of administration of child labor laws to DBPR; establishes Workers' Compensation Div. within DOI, etc. Amends FS.
