GENERAL BILL by Ross
Workers' Compensation; revises definitions; revises exemptions from requirement for employers to obtain workers' compensation coverage; specifies who may be exempt & conditions for exemption; requires employers to secure compensation; authorizes Workers' Compensation Div. to issue stop-work orders in certain circumstances; specifies governance of costs for independent medical exams, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
