Public Records Exemption; creates exemption from public records requirements for bank account numbers & debit, charge, & credit card numbers held by agency; provides retroactive application of exemption; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity; repeals provision re bank account numbers & debit, charge, & credit card numbers given to agency for purpose of fee payment or debt owed, etc. Amends 119.07; repeals 119.07(3)(z).
