Public Records/SS Numbers; creates exemption from public records requirements for all social security numbers held by agency or its agents, employees, or contractors; provides conditions under which social security numbers may be provided to commercial entity; provides requirements & restrictions re collection & disclosure of such numbers by agency; restricts release of social security numbers contained in official records, etc. Creates 119.072.
